The Strategic Organizational Change Manager (OCM) will report to the Chief Advancement Officer and is essential for designing effective change strategies across the university. This position encourages evaluation of existing processes while fostering a commitment to new ways of working, ultimately enhancing transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structured methodologies and change management tools

• Create change action and communication strategies for initiatives

• Monitor the effectiveness of change action plans

• Organize discussions to gather input from the community

• Identify and mitigate potential points of resistance

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant fields preferred

• Minimum five years leading cross-functional change initiatives

• Certification in change management methodologies is an asset

• Proven ability to synthesize information into actionable strategies

• Experience in developing integrated communication plans
