Position: IMAX Enhanced Business Operations Role
Join IMAX as a Business Operations Specialist, driving operational excellence in the innovative world of streaming technology. This collaborative role requires a focus on deal management, budget tracking, and enhancing business processes.

As part of the IMAX Enhanced program, you will maintain awareness of sales pipelines to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of experience in business operations or related fields, with a knack for working across departments. You'll also need exceptional communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee real-time sales pipeline maintenance and reporting

• Facilitate end-to-end deal processes including invoicing and renewals

• Drive budgeting and expense tracking for financial planning

• Partner with Marketing for major events and demos

• Support sales proposal preparation and client discussions

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in business operations or similar roles

• Proven experience in client-facing operations

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
