Commercial Operations Supervisor

Join First Onsite as a Commercial Operations Supervisor in Mississauga, Ontario. This role focuses on scheduling, team coordination, and enhancing communication across commercial construction projects.

This 12-month temporary contract requires an organized and collaborative operations professional. You will support Commercial Superintendents, ensuring project priorities and resources are aligned. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, a clear communication style, and the ability to manage multiple schedules in a project-specific setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules and resources for multiple projects

• Support Commercial Superintendents in overseeing subcontractors

• Troubleshoot issues and track project progress

• Strengthen communication across various teams

• Manage shifting priorities to keep projects on track

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in operations or project coordination

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Project is a plus

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
