As an integral part of the AECOM Mississauga team, this role focuses on optimizing workplace operations and coordinating office initiatives. You will develop governance processes, manage procurement coordination, and support onboarding activities while ensuring operational readiness and efficiency. Your expertise in project management will facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workplace operations across multiple office environments

• Manage operational initiatives from planning to close-out

• Track risks and improvement opportunities effectively

• Develop and maintain workplace operating procedures

• Coordinate interfaces with vendors and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6+ years in workplace operations or project management

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools

• Experience with major rail programs
