As a permanent specialist, you will be responsible for the logistics at various destination points. You’ll work closely with local teams to train and improve service delivery while managing supplier relationships. Your insight will enhance our branding and marketing at each location, helping elevate customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent service delivery standards

• Lead quality evaluations across all destinations

• Build relationships with local suppliers and partners

• Manage branding compliance with corporate standards

• Support new destination launches and operational setups

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in travel or operations

• Diploma in Tourism or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and analytical abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting

• Bilingual (French and English) required
