As a Business Analyst, you will engage with Program Managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define actionable requirements and enhance Service Now functionalities. The role focuses on crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to ensure clarity and traceability throughout project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive requirements discovery sessions and document functional needs

• Create and refine backlog items in collaboration with Product Owners

• Validate business requirements with technical teams prior to development

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment on process and design impacts

• Document risks, issues, and decisions effectively for governance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT services

• Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management

• Familiarity with Service Now capabilities preferred

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
