As part of IBG’s Product Development and Innovation team, you will be responsible for overseeing product life cycles from concept to commercialization.
Your role encompasses strategic planning, mentoring team members, and ensuring market competitiveness through effective category management. You will collaborate internally and externally for a seamless innovation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and manage category strategy and performance
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
• Lead compliance and governance for new product introductions
• Present category insights and performance metrics
• Coordinate with global suppliers for material sourcing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product development
• Knowledge of global sourcing and cost management
• Proven team leadership and mentorship experience
• Skilled in data analysis and system frameworks
