Position: Biologics Group Leader at SGS
Lead operations in the Biologics sector at SGS, managing staff and resources efficiently. This role requires expertise in bioseparations and significant project management skills.

As a Group Leader at SGS, you will oversee the daily operations and schedules of staff, ensuring work deadlines are met. Collaboration is essential, as you will provide updates and performance insights to the Department Head. You will also write and review technical documents while executing experiments following strict compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate daily staff activities

• Provide periodic reports to the Department Head

• Manage resource allocation across projects

• Write and approve technical protocols and reports

• Lead investigations for testing deviations

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc/PhD with bioseparations experience

• 5+ years in a complex role within cGMP/GLP

• Proficiency with HPLC, UPLC, and Mass Spec

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
