Health & Safety Systems Coordinator

The Health & Safety Systems Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Kenaidan's Health & Safety Management System, registered under ISO 45001 standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, you will help maintain our safety platforms, reporting systems, training tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Support the day-to-day administration of health and safety software platforms and digital tools.
  • Prepare and distribute health and safety reports, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Validate data, maintain reporting accuracy, and identify opportunities for reporting improvements.
  • Coordinate user access, project setup, and system configuration activities.
  • Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for health and safety software users.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of software enhancements and new system features.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Support the development and maintenance of training content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain Health & Safety SharePoint sites and content.
  • Coordinate and support corporate and project-level health and safety initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, Health & Safety professionals, and system vendors to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Kenaidan's Health & Safety Program.

Education and Experience:

  • College diploma or university degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience supporting software systems, reporting, project coordination, digital platforms, or related functions.
  • Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Experience with software administration and user support.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and content management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This is primarily an office-based position with occasional travel to project sites. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required when visiting active construction sites.
