HSE Management Specialist

Lycopodium Americas is searching for an experienced HSE Advisor to support the development and review of health, safety, environmental, and security processes. Your contribution will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while promoting effective communication among team members. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in managing HSE systems, especially in heavy industry settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project-specific HSE Management Plans

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations

• Monitor HSE performance across project teams

• Liaise with Project Services for deliverable preparation

• Conduct internal audits as per schedule

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Diploma from accredited institution

• 5+ years experience in mineral processing or similar

• Familiarity with HSE management systems

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Availability for local and overseas project travel
