Position: Manager of Workforce Readiness at McKesson
Become a catalyst for change at McKesson as the Senior Manager for Workforce Readiness, focusing on critical AI initiatives. Lead the charge in employee enablement and transformative workforce strategies.
This role is central to closing the gap in McKesson’s AI adoption capabilities by executing change strategies across the Employee AI Enablement portfolio. You will play a crucial role in building networks that promote the adoption of AI tools while conducting assessments that highlight readiness and barriers. Your work will lead to sustainable changes across various workforce components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of change strategies across AI initiatives

• Implement stakeholder analysis and readiness evaluations

• Facilitate engagement sessions and champion networks

• Develop clarity in communication for AI integrations

• Track and monitor engagement metrics for updates
Requirements:

• At least 8 years in change management or related fields

• Relevant 4-year degree (Master’s preferred)

• Strong change management framework knowledge

• Business fluency in AI and automation concepts

• Experience with consulting practices
