Mississauga Security Systems Coordinator

You will directly assist the Manager of Security Systems by overseeing the processing of contractor invoices and equipment audits. Additionally, this position involves liaising with internal divisions, investigating system anomalies, and providing training to team members, thus ensuring all security measures meet the necessary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security access and inventory controls

• Reconcile contractor work against invoices

• Address and resolve technical issues promptly

• Produce and deliver financial tracking reports

• Provide informal leadership and training to staff

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 5 years in security or enforcement

• Strong invoice processing and reconciliation skills
