• Implement Change Management Plan aligned with client governance

• Log and process all changes through approval workflows

• Guide project teams on change management best practices

• Analyze scope and schedule impacts for proposed changes

• Communicate change status proactively to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

• 5-8+ years in change management for large projects

• Strong knowledge of Progressive Design-Build contracts

• Proficient in Oracle Unifier and Primavera P6

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
