This role requires you to develop and maintain project systems while supporting the Projects Group in adhering to quality standards set by Lycopodium. Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you’ll ensure accurate data management and compliance, playing a key part in maintaining the integrity of project information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Commissioning teams to meet quality standards

• Develop robust project systems and databases

• Maintain comprehensive lists of system and subsystem tags

• Validate tags using engineering drawings and specifications

• Manage documentation for project completions and handovers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with relevant qualifications

• Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

• Strong communication skills in technical environments

• Effective organizational and planning abilities

• Self-motivated with a solid commitment to learning
