Make an impact that matters with our Consulting - Performance Improvement & Operational Excellence team as an Analyst. This diverse team of professionals specializes in enhancing the enterprise value of organizations through operational and business improvement. In this role, you will learn how to drive more profitability, grow in your ability to communicate and present your thoughts to both c-suite and front line team members of our clients’ organizations.

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze complex data to determine potential challenges in an organization. Your role will require you to understand various disciplines in business including operations, supply chain, some finance and accounting, human resources.Develop solutions to help organizations improve their productivity and profitabilityPropose and assist in implementing process changes using Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologyImplement solutions after they are designed, must be a good change management agent and good at communicating to diverse groups of peopleDevelop positive working relationships with clients at the peer and management levelDevelop and implement key performance indicatorsAssist in delivery of consulting services such as strategic planning, business planning, feasibility studies, process improvement, performance improvement, organizational effectiveness and analytical studies, working at times independently and as part of a project teamPropose/create optimal planning, execution and reporting toolsCoordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plansPerform analysis and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data, including financial data, and present information in a clear, concise mannerCollaborate with clients to develop a management operating system to support operational excellenceSupport the design, development, formatting and proofreading of high-quality professional reports, proposals and correspondenceProvide a consistent, high level of client service based on client needs, including response to requests in a timely, accurate and professional mannerAssist in and support ongoing improvements in project methods and development of technical knowledgeAssist in promotion of MNP Consulting through the support and development of presentations, articles, workshops or participating in community activitiesMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills and Experience
An undergraduate degree in business, economics, or other related fieldInvolvement in competitive sports, music or the arts is an asset.A Lean Six Sigma certification is considered an assetComfortable with ambiguous situations and solving challenges that are not straight forward.Strong critical thinking and analytical skillsAbility to quickly analyze a situation and see opportunities to improve itPassionate about bringing out the full potential of individuals and organizationsMotivated by generating tangible organizational and financial gains for our clientsFlexibility to work at client sites 50 to 75% of the time on projects within Ontario. Must have the ability to drive to client sites outside of public transit routes.Flexibility to travel up to a maximum of 20% within Ontario or Canada
