Revenue Operations Chief of Staff

Lead transformative initiatives as Chief of Staff to the CRO at AMZ Prep in Mississauga, Ontario. Drive clarity and accountability within a fast-moving revenue environment, focusing on operational excellence.

As a pivotal player in our revenue organization, you will coordinate efforts between Sales, Marketing, and Rev Ops while spearheading key projects.

Your role emphasizes high-impact execution and maintaining the GTM operating cadence, ensuring that all teams work seamlessly towards revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly sales meetings and maintain accountability

• Develop a structured revenue operating framework

• Operate EOS models and improve Rev Ops functions

• Clarify workflows and establish ownership across departments

• Ensure performance tracking through unified metrics

Requirements:

• 3–6 years in a Chief of Staff or strategic role in B2B

• Hands-on EOS experience or similar

• Excellent meeting management and performance tracking abilities

• Strong skills in analytics and transparent communication

• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
