Clutch is looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to enhance revenue initiatives and support the growth of our sales team. This on-site role combines strong analytical skills and project management.
With 1–5 years of experience in consulting or high-performing environments, you will lead small to medium-sized strategic projects that focus on process improvement and efficiency. Collaboration with various teams will be crucial for translating insights into actionable strategies that inform leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute projects that optimize sales team performance
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to enhance processes
• Analyze performance metrics to provide insights
• Recommend data-backed strategies for growth
• Take initiative in exploring new operational methods
Requirements:
• 1–5 years in relevant roles such as consulting or operations
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL
• Proven track record in managing strategic projects
• Strong communication for collaboration across levels
• Comfortable operating in fast-developing environments
