Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct case analysis and ensure compliance with MSA terms

• Analyze data for large accounts requiring precise reporting

• Prepare and reconcile complex account subscriptions

• Resolve billing disputes and manage subscription changes

• Communicate effectively to facilitate subscription processes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of finance and operational experience

• Knowledge of SaaS subscription billing models

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point

• Strong analytical skills with large data volumes

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage projects
