This role isideal for someone who combines strong creative instincts with excellent technical design skills and enjoy staking ownership of projects from concept through completion. You'llplay akey role inshaping our brand across digital, print, and marketing.

• Design compelling marketing materials, including catalogs, enewsletters, promotions and support in presentation development to reflect the products’ unique features and benefits.
• Create engaging digital content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other online platforms.
• Produce high-quality visual assets,photography/video edits.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams todevelop creative campaignsandsupport product launches.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Assist in developing a brand guide.
• Stay current with design trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices to continuously improve creative output and efficiencies.
• Developan understanding of decorative lighting products and translate technical product information into visually engagingcontent.

• Proven experience asa Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• High proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in Canva, and other relevant creative tools considered an asset.
• Comfortable in efficiently creating bothprint and digital marketing materials.
• Experience producing content for social media, websites and email marketing.
• Strong typography, layout and branding skills.
• Basic photography, photoediting, and video editing skills necessary.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with theabilityto prioritize multiple projects and work in a team.
• Attention to detail mandatory.
