In this key leadership role, you will provide financial oversight and support to operations and senior management. Key Responsibilities:
• Review monthly property financial reporting packages for accuracy
• Coordinate annual operating budgets with Operations teams
• Assist with quarterly and annual audit processes
• Lead financial training for various management levels
• Supervise and mentor finance team members
Requirements:
• University degree in Business or Finance
• CPA designation or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years in financial management
• Proficient in EFP software and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS
