As part of the Administration & Finance team, you will manage payroll processing, oversee benefits administration, and maintain financial records accurately. With a minimum of two years’ experience, you’ll ensure that employees receive their compensation and understand their benefits clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll, including wage and deduction calculations
• Review and manage invoices for accounts payable
• Administer and maintain employee benefits files
• Assist payroll staff with customer service regarding benefits
• Keep financial records organized and secure
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Two years of experience in benefits or payroll administration
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft tools
• Solid understanding of payroll processes
• Clean Criminal Record Check
