Reporting to the Manager of Operations Decision Support, this role focuses on financial analysis and reporting to enhance business decision-making. You will collaborate with teams across Asset Management, Operations, and Finance, ensuring timely and accurate data collection. This position requires supporting budget processes and key performance indicators for effective operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on financial performance metrics

• Collaborate with various departments for data gathering

• Prepare internal operational financial reports using Excel and Power BI

• Support budget preparation and monitor capital investments

• Maintain documentation for process improvements

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• 5+ years in financial reporting or analysis

• Experience in hospitality or healthcare preferred

• Strong proficiency in Excel required

• Relevant certifications like CFA or CMA preferred
