Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst will utilize strong leadership, accounting, analytical and organizational skills to support our Supply Chain Finance Team. Support will include managing pricing, timely and accurate account reconciliations and analysis, various month‑end tasks, and other ad‑hoc analysis as required, all while ensuring internal controls are always maintained.

Responsibilities

Co‑ordinate and implement Canadian pricing for new and existing items

Investigate and resolve pricing‑related discrepancies

Prepare analysis and pricing recommendations as required

Reconcile and analyze financial accounts assigned

Provide weekly and monthly reporting to Customer as required

Recommend process improvements and efficiencies as applicable

Manage and coordinate various invoices submitted for processing on behalf of the Customer

Manage customs inquiries and payments

Support Martin‑Brower inbound (MBI)

Perform ad‑hoc analysis when applicable

Ensure operations follow all Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)/Good Drivers Practices (GDP) for transport rules and regulations

Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business or Accounting

Minimum of 2+ years accounting experience

Strong analytical skills with an ability to focus on details

Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines

Ability to understand, develop and refine processes

Strong written and oral communication skills

Professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel

Ability to interact with personnel at all levels internal and external to the organization to obtain, discuss, and analyze information and processes for distribution operations

Experience working in the distribution or manufacturing industry

Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP systems

Position must pass a post‑offer background check
