Position: Finance Controller for The Alliance
Lead financial operations at The Alliance Canada as Finance Controller. This vital role supports financial integrity and aids in fulfilling our mission-driven goals.

The Alliance Canada seeks a hands-on Finance Controller to manage full-cycle financial services and supervise the finance team. Collaborating closely with the VP of Finance, you will ensure compliance with regulations and support budgeting processes. This position demands strong leadership, financial analytics, and internal control maintenance skills to drive success across our entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for operations

• Supervise and lead the finance team effectively

• Oversee compliance and regulatory financial filings

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Prepare and distribute accurate financial statements

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; excellent communication skills

• CPA designation or equivalent experience preferred

• Minimum five years' experience in finance roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365

• Experience in not-for-profit or faith-based organizations
