Finance Manager CPA Certification

Position: Finance Manager with CPA Certification
Lead the finance and accounting department in this managerial role. You'll work closely with the CFO while ensuring compliance with IFRS and driving financial improvements.

This position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with at least 10 years of accounting experience, including 5 years in management. Your expertise in GAAP and IFRS will guide the development of financial statements and reports. You'll manage critical accounting processes, mentor a team, and enhance internal controls while promoting automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Oversee financial reporting for internal stakeholders

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis for trends and improvements

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

• Coordinate tax filing packages and CRA audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 10 years accounting experience with 5 in a managerial role

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS regulations

• Proficient in Oracle, SAPCON, and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
