Located in Toronto, ON, this position requires a university degree and at least two years of experience in brokerage or finance. Key Responsibilities:
• Understand mutual fund dealer operations thoroughly
• Develop strong client relationships and provide exceptional service
• Resolve client issues quickly and recommend process improvements
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and required training
Requirements:
• University degree and 2+ years in financial services
• Solid knowledge of mutual fund operations
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
