Based in Southern California, Skechers is looking for a dedicated professional with 5-7 years of progressive collections experience.

Your role will involve identifying process improvements and leveraging technology for optimal performance. You'll engage in resolving billing disputes and uphold excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive timely collections for wholesale accounts through outreach

• Analyze account aging and report significant metrics to the Credit Manager

• Support compliance with legal and internal control requirements

• Facilitate resolution of escalated customer billing issues

• Review and finalize credit memos for dispute closure

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

• 5-7 years of relevant receivable experience

• Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle and SAP

• Proficient in credit risk management and collections

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
