In this strategic position, you will partner with the Vice President of Finance and senior leaders within the GTA Homebuilding Business Unit. Your expertise will drive financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting across departments. Lead team development while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide decision support to senior management on financial matters

• Drive best practices in financial planning and reporting

• Develop key performance metrics for the Business Unit

• Lead cross-departmental financial reporting and analysis

• Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration

• Professional accounting designation required

• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience

• Solid FP&A expertise and team leadership skills

• Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards
