As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will focus on managing and validating crucial financial data, providing in-depth analysis of performance indicators. You’ll lead month-end evaluations and communicate trends while ensuring effective collaboration with project stakeholders.

Your role involves transitioning manual reports to automated dashboards, promoting efficiency and standardization in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial data extraction and validation

• Conduct detailed month-end financial analysis and commentary

• Identify trends and anomalies in financial performance

• Document FP&A processes and seek improvement opportunities

• Develop automated dashboards with Tableau and Excel

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• CPA designation with over 5 years of FP&A experience

• Proficient with Excel, Tableau, and ERP systems

• Knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets

• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
