Margin Enhancement Finance Manager

Position: Margin Enhancement Finance Manager Role
Drive margin enhancement initiatives as a Finance Manager at Stanley Black & Decker in Mississauga, Ontario. This role combines data analytics with strategic decision-making to improve performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will analyze vast amounts of data and develop insightful reports that support operational efficiency. Candidates should hold a degree in finance or data analytics, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You'll collaborate with various teams to refine productivity and enhance strategic pricing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and consolidate data with stakeholders

• Create comprehensive reports and KPIs for performance

• Implement global data structures for analysis

• Facilitate continuous process improvements in reporting

• Aid in quarterly forecasts and annual plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field

• At least 5 years in finance, preferably in retail

• Analytical and detail-oriented

• Strong command of Excel and Power Point

• Knowledge of financial systems like Hyperion beneficial
