Lead financial management as a Finance Administrator for Equity, combining advanced bookkeeping with analytics. This hybrid role focuses on maintaining financial integrity and compliance with IFRS standards.

Equity is seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to oversee full-cycle bookkeeping and support financial procedures. You will be instrumental in maintaining financial records, producing reports, and assisting in budget development. Candidates should possess significant financial systems experience and strong organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Coordinate month-end and year-end procedures to Trial Balance

• Produce and distribute internal and external financial reports

• Assist in developing annual operating and capital budgets

• Support staff in resolving financial transaction issues

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting

• Minimum of five years’ bookkeeping experience

• Advanced skills in Quick Books Online and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to handle confidential information
