As a senior member of the finance transformation team, you will oversee planning and execution of large-scale finance and actuarial projects. This role requires deep collaboration with IT, Finance, and Actuarial leadership to identify optimization opportunities and support change management. Your leadership skills will be critical to achieving enterprise-wide strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic initiatives across Finance, Actuarial, and IT departments
• Drive collaboration to optimize finance and actuarial processes
• Manage stakeholder engagement and change management efforts
• Provide insights for end-to-end systems integration requirements
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• 5-8+ years in finance transformation, preferably in insurance
• Strong project and program management experience
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills
• CPA, CA, FSA, or relevant advanced degree required
• Experience with IFRS and GL systems is a plus
