You will be responsible for managing inquiries within the Nominee/GIC team while processing and verifying documentation for various financial accounts. Your leadership capabilities will be essential for motivating your team and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Drawing on 2-5 years of industry experience, you’ll help enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a delegate, leading in the Team Manager's absence
• Monitor team performance and ensure target adherence
• Resolve complex service inquiries for clients and advisors
• Process a variety of account documentation accurately
• Conduct regular team huddles and share best practices
Requirements:
• 2-5 years in Mutual Fund Industry, especially in Registered products
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Completion of CSC/IFIC is advantageous
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
