In this position, you will report directly to the Controller and leverage over five years of accounting experience. You will engage with project management, operations, and sales to oversee precise financial administration. This role demands technical proficiency to tackle challenges in forecasting and budgeting, ensuring strategic decisions are well-informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end close and journal entry postings efficiently

• Resolve ledger discrepancies with accurate reconciliations

• Analyze accounts for monthly head office reviews

• Prepare cash reconciliations and revenue tracking reports

• Coordinate with departments for seamless project closing

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Recent CPA designation is mandatory

• Strong ERP systems and Excel proficiency

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset

• Effective communicator for team collaboration
