Role

Project Manager, Finance plays a critical role within the Finance organization, leading high‑impact projects that support operational excellence and transformation across North American and global teams. This role serves as the primary Finance point of contact for major project rollouts, new processes, and process enhancements. A bilingual fluency in French Canadian and English is required, as the role regularly communicates with stakeholders, partners, and teams in both languages.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for the management, implementation, and execution of finance‑related projects.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver operational analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross‑functional and cross‑departmental teams, including collaboration with French‑ and English‑speaking stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, assumptions, risks, milestones, and timelines.
  • Monitor project performance against plans, proactively identifying issues, risks, and dependencies and driving timely resolution.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes clearly and professionally in both French and English, including written reports and presentations.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on new or revised processes, ensuring consistent adoption across bilingual teams.
  • Support process standardization, improved controls, and accurate financial reporting across regions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure promotions, pricing, and contractual requirements are implemented accurately.
  • Deliver regular status reporting to Finance leadership, including weekly and monthly updates.
  • Assist management in monitoring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Advanced bilingual fluency in French Canadian and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to build strong, effective working relationships across functions, cultures, and language groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex business and operational issues.
  • Confidence operating in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including presenting to leadership.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and learn recent systems and technologies.
  • Experience training, mentoring, or supporting teams through process or system changes.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability.
Language Requirement

Advanced bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.

Education & Experience
  • Qualifications

    Required:

    High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    4+ years of general business experience (Finance, Sales, Vendor Management, IT, or related fields). Project management, process improvement, or operational transformation experience preferred.
Compensation

In accordance with pay‑transparency requirements, this role offers an annual base salary range of $70,000 ‑ $85,000 CAD, with the exact amount determined by candidate qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
