The Customer Experience Associate will serve as the frontline of TD Canada Trust, building relationships with customers by providing accurate financial transactions, advising on banking solutions, and ensuring a positive experience at the branch.
Responsibilities- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following operating procedures and regulations.
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues as required.
- Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
- Build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
- Assist the team by staying dedicated, respecting coworkers, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.
- High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
- A go‑getter who exercises initiative, is accurate and detail‑oriented, handling several tasks and changing priorities.
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who connects, both verbally and in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
