Position: Sonova's Accounts Receivable Specialist Role
Join Sonova Canada as an Accounts Receivable Administrator, where you’ll utilize your skills in collection and account management within an inclusive hybrid environment.

In this 12-month contract position, you will oversee collections, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure timely payments on client accounts. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining a smooth AR portfolio while supporting the Finance team with accurate reporting. You'll also collaborate with sales management to streamline the collection process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct collection calls and manage customer correspondence

• Resolve client account discrepancies and billing issues

• Monitor customer credit terms and new account setups

• Track payment plans and manage cash applications

• Participate in team planning and assist Sales Analyst function

Requirements:

• Background in Accounts Receivable administration

• Strong understanding of billing procedures

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
