Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coach the Account Resolution Specialists

• Analyze delinquency reports and monitor account statuses
• Liaise between various departments for optimal service
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French is a plus
• 5+ years in collections or financial services
• Strong analytical and communication skills
