Position: Mid-Level Finance Supervisor Role
Shape the financial outlook at U of T Mississauga as a mid-level Finance Supervisor. This full-time opportunity focuses on accounting, budgeting, and strategic forecasting.

In this role, you will support the Financial Planning team by applying your in-depth accounting knowledge. Responsibilities include overseeing budget management, forecasting financial activities, and ensuring adherence to university financial policies. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to your colleagues in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial monitoring and strategic budgeting

• Apply policies in decision-making and advising staff

• Lead financial research and variance analysis

• Enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy

• Collaborate as an expert resource within the finance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on accounting

• Five years of experience in budget management

• Proven supervisory experience in finance

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and financial systems
