The Manager of Private Equity will directly contribute to fund and investor accounting, engaging with clients to provide support on all financial operations. This role requires a robust understanding of fund structures and significant hands-on experience in private equity. You will lead a team and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare investment-related work papers and financial statements
• Assist with cash forecasting and budgeting processes
• Track portfolio accounting and investment IRR calculations
• Support audit coordination and tax reporting efforts
• Address investor inquiries and financial queries directly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8-11 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum 3-6 years in Private Equity
• Preferred CPA certification
• Extensive knowledge of LPA and fund governance
