Senior Analyst: Financial Reporting & Analysis

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will oversee month-end closing, assist with ERP transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and conduct comprehensive financial analyses. The Senior Financial Analyst will develop budgets, track KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting for various departments. Your expertise in accounting will support the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring high-quality financial oversight and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare schedules for month-end financial statements

• Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries

• Assist in the implementation of ERP systems

• Track capital expenditures and develop forecasts

• Provide detailed financial reporting and metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation or in-progress CFE

• At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience

• Excellent skills in Excel; prior ERP experience

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Organizational skills for multitasking and priorities
