Key Responsibilities:

• Identify improvements in collections policies and strategies

• Engage customers for timely cash collections

• Track and report on DSO and aging receivables metrics

• Address escalated billing disputes and payment issues

Requirements:

• College diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 5-7 years of accounts receivable experience

• Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle and SAP
