Position: Financial Analyst in Manufacturing Sector

This role requires you to support month-end close processes, build relationships with plant personnel, and offer financial insights that drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close and inventory counts

• Prepare detailed operating financial statements

• Validate BOMs and monitor cost accuracy

• Collaborate with plant management on financial matters

• Track performance against budget and forecast

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting

• 3-5+ years in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing

• CPA, CMA, or similar preferred

• Strong understanding of cost accounting techniques

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and ERP software
