Open People Network is searching for a Finance Associate/Analyst to support its operations. Reporting directly to the CFO and Controller provides an extraordinary opportunity for mentorship and learning. Key responsibilities include daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end processes, all vital for the success of our growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daily bookkeeping and vendor invoice processing

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

• Support financial reporting and month-end close

• Flexibly assist with ad-hoc finance projects

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of accounting or finance experience

• Degree in accounting or finance, or CPA pursuit

• Strong Excel skills and detail-oriented

• Familiarity with Xero or cloud accounting systems

• Expressed desire for growth in finance roles
