Join Medline Canada as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, engaging in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time contract role emphasizes customer credit management and financial analysis.
As part of a dynamic team, you will review credit applications and determine the creditworthiness of customers. Utilizing your 1-3 years of accounting experience, you will analyze cash flows, ensure compliance, and actively manage collections of outstanding accounts using SAP/HP systems. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting the finance department's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process new credit applications
• Conduct cash flow analysis for risk assessment
• Maintain compliance with company credit policies
• Resolve discrepancies and liaise with internal teams
• Proactively pursue overdue customer payments
Requirements:
• University/College Diploma required
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
• Experience with SAP/HP is essential
• Analytical mindset with a focus on detail
