Position: Full-Time Credit Operations Analyst Role

In this position, you will maintain customer account data, process transactions, and implement credit policies effectively. You will also collaborate with various teams to identify areas for process enhancements and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer master data in the ERP system

• Validate documentation for new account creation

• Receive and process cheques, ensuring accuracy

• Coordinate updates to billing platforms with partners

• Resolve issues in invoice submissions promptly

Requirements:

• High School diploma with relevant experience

• Strong internal and external communication skills

• Knowledge of AS400 and Microsoft Office preferred

• GETPAID familiarity is beneficial

• French bilingualism is an asset
