As a key leader in the Senior Management Team, you will manage the finance team, budgetary processes, and provide crucial financial insights to the CEO and Board. Your expertise in financial reporting standards and CRA compliance will drive operational integrity and legislative alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the AFH Canada finance team effectively
• Prepare statutory financial reports and audit files
• Develop robust financial reporting and control systems
• Liaise with auditors and the CEO for performance oversight
• Lead charity budgeting procedures and resource allocation
Requirements:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA desirable)
• Strong experience in financial reporting
• Familiarity with legislation and CRA compliance
• Proven track record of managing staff
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
