RBC is looking for an Insolvency Associate to join their Recoveries and Insolvency teams. In this role, you will review and prepare Risk Reports while managing day-to-day operations with various department managers. Applying due diligence and fostering a collaborative work environment are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee workflow and boost team productivity

• Prepare and analyze daily Risk Reports promptly

• Mitigate risk for delinquent and insolvency products

• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners

• Share knowledge and best practices across the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recovery or insolvency

• Detailed knowledge of RBC systems and services

• Proficient in Collection Highway and Bankruptcy Highway

• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills

• Availability for shifts from 8am to 6pm
