Caldic is seeking a skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join the FP&A & Revenue Management team. This analytical position integrates finance and commercial strategies to drive pricing effectiveness and margin optimization. You will contribute to actionable insights, pricing governance, and strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize pricing strategies across products

• Manage pricing governance frameworks and compliance

• Analyze pricing and profitability to enhance revenue

• Collaborate with FP&A on forecasting and budgeting

• Track key Revenue Growth Management KPIs and insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 3+ years in Revenue Management or Commercial Finance

• Strong understanding of revenue growth principles

• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
