We are looking for a highly analytical Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with 5-7 years of finance or accounting experience. This full-time role focuses on corporate FP&A within the building materials sector, where you’ll interface with Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations. Your expertise will shape financial strategies and reporting structures during critical month-end close processes while maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex financial models in Google Sheets/Excel

• Lead month-end close and operational data integrity

• Develop agile reports tailored to organizational shifts

• Provide analytics for monthly decks and business narratives

• Implement automation for streamlined reporting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred

• 5-7 years of finance experience in complex environments

• Professional designation (CPA, CFA) highly preferred

• Expert in Excel, Google Sheets, and SAP

• 20% travel required within the US and Canada
